I'm so glad you and others enjoy some of my culinary delights! This particular soup happens to be one of my very favorites. I make a nice pot of soup every weekend and I have a double portion of soup to take to work each day. I add some crackers, a container of yogurt, and something to drink to my lunchbag and enjoy a nice, healthy lunch. I've gotten to the point now that I make vegetable soup with whatever I have on hand. As long as I have a container of broth, some veggies, seasonings, balsamic vinegar, and hot sauce, I'm good to go! Oh, and I tried something new this last time, too! I put a couple of cups of soup in a blender, whirred it around a bit and added it back into the soup pot. It added a nice bit of texture to the soup. [addsig /]

[ This message was edited by: MaryT on 2008-01-16 18:56 ]
