Someone mentioned booz for your island. Now you can make your own. Kahlua Ingredients 4 cups sugar (2 cups white; 2cups brown) 2 ounces instant coffee or very strong expresso. 1 fifth bourbon 2 vanilla beans, split lengthwise Directions Make a simple syrup by boiling the water and sugar in 4 cups water for about 8 minutes. Add coffee. Pour mixture into gallon jub and add bourbon. Hang vanilla veans into mixture with string. Remove beans after two weeks. (Can dry and reuse) Let this flavor for about 3 months. The longer the better. Bottle as gifts or enjoy yourself. Foolproof. [addsig /]
