Cresent Roll Cobbler

2 rolls Cresent Rolls
2 - 8 oz. pkg cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 can pie filling any flavor (I like blueberry or strawberry)
1 stick butter. not margarine

Place one roll of cresent rolls in bottom of 9 x 13 pan
mix cream cheese and sugar, spread on top of cresent roll layer
Spread pie filling on top of cream cheese
Top with other roll of cresent rolls
Melt stick of butter and pour over entire cobbler
Bake at 375 deg. about 30 - 40 minutes until brown

I sprinkle sugar over the top of cresent rolls before baking for a shiny appearance

Sounds yummy, Sam. I'll have to try that one. I love cream cheese. lol I think I will try it with peaches though. We love peach cobbler. This sounds like a quick and easy way to have it. Thanks for sharing.
