Thank you Forrest, Frieke, and Mesquiter for the kind words.

I just finished up a commissioned log slice sign and will burn more pieces next week. I have to get into high gear here, because outdoor event season will be upon me soon.

I sell my pyrography work at local events as a vendor.

I also sell some paintings, but the wood burnings are my biggest sellers. The folks around here just love them. My rustic log slice signs sell faster than I can make them.

Till next project.

Hi, Karen!

Good to hear that the people in your area appreciate the art form and your work in particular. I really like the buffalo. I love burnings on the basswood rounds. The rounds are hard to find around here. Well good one anyways. I have a good source for the slabs but not the rounds, would love to find one. You did very well on the buffalo's coat. I think it is difficult to get the longer coat right but a fun challenge. And you did it very well. Good to see you posting again. Look forward to seeing your next piece.

Blessings!
